This Regulation, composed of 6 sections, gives definitions and makes provisions for the institution of an Animal’s Protection Fund. Section 1 gives definitions. Section 2 provides for the Fund’s board of directors. Section 3 lists the Fund board’s authorities. Section 4 regards fund’s board administrative and operative procedures. Section 5 deals with financial entries and expenses. Section 6 establishes entry into force date.
