Abstract
This Regulation, composed of four Sections, makes provisions for the number of members in the Council and for the appointing of government delegates. Section 1 establishes the total number of council members as 28. Section 2 provides for the appointing of seven government members for the council, of which four from the Ministry of Agriculture, two from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and one from the Ministry of Treasury. Sections 3 and 4 repeal preceding regulations and give name to this document.
