Abstract
This Document, of three Sections, makes provisions for the regulation of groundnuts local marketing in Israel. Section 1 the Executive Committee of the Council may randomly permit authorized contractors, according to limitations prescribed by the committee, to locally market ground-nuts that have not been exported by the council. Section 2 provides for powers given to the executive committee to regulate local marketing of ground-nuts. Section 3 provides for powers given to executive committee regarding the annulment of a local marketing permit.
