Abstract
This Document, composed of eight sections and one Annex, makes provisions for the peeling of Ground-nuts. Section 1 prohibits the peeling of ground-nuts unless for private consumption or for the production of oil. A person shall not commerce with peeled nuts unless authorized by the council and according to the authorization. Sections 2-5 provide for authorization procedures and permit’s validity. The permit must be well exposed in the sorting barn and peeling equipment must be qualified. Section 6 prohibits the acquiring of nuts unless from an authorized contractor. Section 7 and 8 give general information. Annex one contains a peeling request form.
