Abstract
This Document, composed of 9 sections, establishes conditions regarding the authorization of contractors. Sections 1 and 2 regard the renewal of an existing authorization to a contractor. Section 3 provides for first applications for contractor’s authorization. A request must be formalized and delivered to the council within 30 June; the request must be accompanied by contracts with growers and their commitments to deal with the contractor. The council shall check the contracts validity and if the contractor is in possession of the necessary equipment and warehouse for his activity. Sections 4 and 5 deal with special conditions that can be set by the council before issuing an authorization, such as field inspections or economical conditions. Section 6 establishes that an authorization cannot be transferred to another unless special permission is obtained from the council. Section 7 regards cases in which an authorization had been rejected; the rejected contractor must inform the growers who had contacted him within five days. Section 8 establishes conditions in which the council may revoke an authorization. Section 9 gives name to this document.
