Abstract
This Amendment, of two sections, adds the following sections to the principal Law. Chapter 6 shall be re-marked as chapter 7 and the following chapter shall be inserted before it. Chapter 6: National Sites. Section 42(b) gives definitions. Section 42(c) regards the declaration of a site as a National Site by the Minister of the Interior. Section 42(d) regards the making of regulations regarding National Sites. Section 42(e) regards the assignment of tasks regarding this Law. Section 42(f) regards powers of implementation. Section 2 replaces words in section 48 of the principal Law.
