National Parks and Nature Reserves (Amendment No. 4) Law. 5735 -1975

This Amendment adds the following section to the principal Law. Section 7a shall be inserted after section 7, regards the revoking or varying of a declaration of an area as a national park, a nature reserve or a national site. In order to revoke or vary a declaration, an approval of the Home Affairs and Ecology Committee of the Knesset shall be needed.
