National Parks and Nature Reserves Declaration (Protected Nature Values) -1979

This Declaration, of Four Sections and One Annex, gives definitions and makes provisions for the declaration of Nature Values and the protected area in which they are to be declared as Protected Nature Values. Section (1) gives definitions. Section (2) establishes that the nature values listed in the Annex are herewith declared as Protected Nature Values. Section (3) regards the geographical boundaries of the protected area related to this Declaration. Section (4) gives general information.
