National Parks, Nature Reserves and National Sites Regulations ( Protection Measures for Protected Nature Values ) -1983

These Regulations, of Four Sections and One Annex, give definitions and make provisions for the protection of protected nature values in Israel. Section (1) gives definitions; A Nature Value is defined as one listed in the Annex to the National Parks and Nature Reserves Declaration ( Protected Nature Reserves) – 1983. Section (2a) prohibits the holding of protected nature values unless listed in the Annex to these Regulations. Section (2b) prohibits the exportation of a protected nature value from Israel unless authorized from the Director of the Nature Reserves Authority. Section (3) prohibits the causing of damage to a nature value unless authorized by the director and for research purposes. Section (4) gives general information.
