Poultry Council Regulations ( Rules Regarding the Authorization of Marketing Agents for Eggs, Poultry Meat and Reproduction Material)– 1994

This Regulation, of Six Sections and One Annex, gives definitions and makes provisions for the authorization of marketing agents to deal with eggs, poultry meat and reproduction Material in Israel. Section (1) gives definitions. Section (2) regards authorization request procedures. Section (3) and (4) deal with authorization conditions. Section (5) deals with authorization revoking procedures. Section (6) gives general information. The Annex, containing various request modules, has been therefore omitted.
