Poultry council Rules ( Regulating Exportation of Reproduction Material )– 1973

This Document, of Nine Sections, makes provisions for the exportation of reproduction material from Israel. Section (1) gives definitions. Section (2) prohibits the exportation of poultry reproduction material unless authorized by the Poultry Council. Section (3) provides with authorization request procedures. Section (4) deals with exportation procedures and reporting. Section (5) establishes that the executive board has the power to decide, from time to time, to which countries shall be possible for an authorized agent to export. Sections (6) to (9) give general information.
