Poultry Council Rules ( Setting Personal Quotas for Cooperative Members)– 1994

This Document, of Five Sections and Two Annexes, gives definitions and makes provision for the setting of personal production quotas for cooperative Association members. Section (1) gives definitions. Section (2) provides for a Quotas Committee that shall set and supervise the issuing of personal production quotas. Section (3) deals with cooperative poultry production plants. Section (4) regards special authorization to be given to cooperative members that have not been found entitled for a personal quota according to Sections (2) and (3). Section (5) gives general information. Annex One lists the names of Cooperative Associations regarding Section (2g). Annex Two lists the names of Cooperative Associations regarding Section (3).
