Water Drillings Control Regulation ( Legal procedures )- 1963

This Regulation, of 5 Sections, gives definitions and makes provisions for legal procedures in case of unauthorized well-drilling. Section 11c of the Water Drilling Control Law -1955 sets conditions for the Water Governor to request from the Magistrates court to halt drilling of an unauthorized well. Section (1) gives definitions. Section (2) deals with requests application and procedures. Section (3) provides for a hearing within 30 days from request application. Section (4) sets legal incidence for the courts hearing. Section (5) gives general information.
