Abstract
A Board for the purposes of this Law shall be established by the Minister of Agriculture ("the Minister") (sect. 2). No well may be established without a drilling licence issued by the Director appointed by the Minister (sect. 4). Decisions of the Director may be appealed against with the Minister (sect. 9). Other provision deal with supervision and inspection, corrective action, offences and penalties and regulation making powers of the Minister. The holder of a licence is subject, in his operations, to the Town Planning Ordinance, 1936 (sect. 14). (16 sections)
