Abstract
This Regulation, of 12 Sections, gives definitions and makes provisions for registration procedures of wells. Section (1) gives definitions. Section (2) prohibits the operation of a well unless it has been registered according to these regulations. Section (3) concerns the registration request-form that must be delivered to the Water Commissionership within seven days from installation date. Section (4) to (7) provide for Registration Certificate procedures. Section (8) gives power to the Water Governor for requesting further details from the well-holder regarding the registration request. Section (9) and (10) deal with condition changes of a well. The holder of a well shall inform the governor of any change regarding the well within seven days from change date and the governor may request to correct its certificate. Section (11) provides for a well registry that will be run by the governor. Section (12) gives general information.
