Water Drillings Control Regulation (Wells Sealing)- 1956

This Regulation makes provisions for the sealing of water-wells. A person shall not seal any water-well unless by license. granted by the Water Governor. A licensed well sealer must inform the governor of a programmed well sealing seven days before sealing. The governor may order that sealing will be operated with the presence of his delegate. A well sealer shall keep a work-diary in which he shall note al operations related to well sealing. A copy of the work-diary shall be delivered to the governor once every week.
