Abstract
This amendment allows continuance of non-measured supply as long as a measuring order has not been issued to a person by the replacement of section 5. The addition of section 5A prohibits the taking or transfer of possession or control of any structure erected that is connected to the water supply system unless a water meter has been installed therein before the coming into force of this Law. Under the amendment of section 8 (section 4 of the amendment) in case of disagreement between two parties involved in measured supply of water they both may apply to the Commissioner for decision, who may enter for supervision about storage, conveyance, supply, distribution, measurement. (Section 6) Under the addition of section 11A to the principal Law the Commissioner may install a water meter in case it had not been installed. Under section 7 an addition to section 13 of the principal law is done.
