Abstract
This Act amends the Assam Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Facilitation of Establishment and Operation) Act, 2020.
Firstly the Act makes amendment in section 2 for the definations of: Notified Industrial Area, Deemed Industrial Arca, etc. The Act further amends the Section 4 and Section 8.
