Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas (Appointment, Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairperson, Full-time Members and Member-Secretary) Rules, 2021.

These Rules are framed in the exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 25, read with section 8 of the Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas Act, 2021. They provide for the method of appointment of Chairperson, full-time Members and Member-Secretary of the Commission, the terms and conditions of their service, pay, gratuity and pension. The Rules also lay down the provisions for leave, allowances, official tours outside India and other benefits for the Chairperson, full-time Members and Member-Secretary.
