E-Waste (Management) Second Amendment Rules, 2023.

These Rules amend the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022 (principal Rules). In Rule 5 of the principal Rules, a new clause (4) is inserted after clause (3). Clause (5) is inserted in Rule 7 and clause (11) is inserted in Rule 9. Rule 14 is amended by adding sub-clause (c) in clause (ii) of sub-rule (1). In Rule 16, sub-rules (2), (2A) and (2B) are substituted. Schedule II of the principal Rules is amended and new Schedules II-A, II-B and II-C are added.
