Abstract
These Regulations amend the Food Safety and Standards (Approval for Non-Specified Food and Food Ingredients) Regulations, 2017 by substituting Regulation 4 relating to Procedure for grant of prior approval. The application form that the manufacturer or importer of non-specified food must submit for such prior approval has also been substituted.
