Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (Salary, Allowances and other Conditions of Service of Officers and Employees) Regulations, 2013.

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 92(2)(a) read with section 9(3) of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. They provide for conditions of service of the employees of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (Authority) including matters relating to pay, allowances, medical facilities, leave etc. The Regulations further make provisions for insurance, pension and retirement benefits. They also lay down the terms and conditions in respect of staff on deputation.
