Abstract
This Amendment to Food Safety and Standards (Contaminants, toxins and Residues) Regulations, 2011 is issued by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. It amends the residue limits of of heavy metals, aflatoxins and mycotoxins in a variety of foods.
