Goa, Daman and Diu Marine Fishing Regulations, 1982.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Goa, Daman and Diu Marine Fishing Regulation Act of 1981. These Regulations concern licensing of vessels under section 6 of the Act, licensing of fishing nets, modification of licences, registration of fishing vessels, information regarding movement of vessels and other information, disposal of seized fish, appeals with the Appellate Board, and fees. Licences for fishing nets shall be in Form D of the Schedule. Movement of vessels from one port to another port shall be notified to authorized officers. (16 Regulations completed by a Schedule).
