Abstract
This Act amends the Insecticides Act, 1968.
Amendments have been made to the following: sections 21 and 22 dealing with powers of Insecticide Inspectors; section 24 on Insecticide Analysts; section 27 on the prohibition of sale, etc., of insecticides for reasons of public safety; section 29 dealing with offences and penalties; insertion of a new section 31A on Special Courts.
