Abstract
This Act amends the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958.
The Act substitutes new sections for sections 356A to 356H dealing with pollution of the sea by deliberate, negligent or accidental release of oil, noxious liquid and other harmful substances into the sea.
Minor amendments have been made to sections 356I to 356K and section 356O.
