Notification No. HWRA/485/Notification/2021.

This Notification has been published in exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section (3) of Section 12 of The Haryana Water Resources (Conservation, Regulation And Management) Authority Act, 2020 (Act). The Notification provides for the procedure, forms, terms & conditions, fee and charges etc., for seeking permissions from the Haryana Water Resources Authority as mentioned under Section 16 of the Act. It includes permission for water usage for industrial use, mining and infrastructure projects and Ground water abstraction/restoration charges for various uses and purposes.
