Notification S.O. 4886(E) of 2021 amending the Coastal Regulation Zone Notification, 2019.

This Notification amends the Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) Notification, 2019. In clause (i) of paragraph 1, the explanation relating to High Tide Line (HTL) is substituted and explanation in cases of bund or sluice gates is added. Clause (a) of sub-paragraph 2.1.1 of paragraph 2 defining ecologically sensitive areas is amended. Sub-paragraph 5.1.2 of paragraph 5 is amended to add clause (xix) which states that collection of dead shells by traditional communities for poultry and animal feed supplements shall not require prior CRZ clearance.
