Abstract
The Rules provide for special provisions to be applied to race horses: a physical examination must be carried out after every race in order to ascertain the presence of possible injuries, the use of whip is consented for a certain number of lashes and in case of potential damage to the horse, the rider or both. Provisions are made also on transport, feeding, watering and use of banned drugs.
