Abstract
The Rules provide for animals performing or being exhibited in circuses and other attractions, in situations where admittance is granted by means of the sale of tickets; every person training or/and exhibiting animals shall apply for a Certification of Registration, that shall be granted by the competent Authorities following the payment of a fee , and also for the certificate of animal fitness and of ownership. All details are listed in the attached Schedules.
