Abstract
This Act amends the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
Amendments are made for: offence relating to public servant being bribed, offence relating to bribing a public servant by a commercial organisation, person in charge of commercial organisation to be guilty of offence, punishment for abetment of offences, punishment for habitual offender, Insertion of new Chapter IVA, etc.
