Abstract
These Rules are framed under section 88 of Tripura Jal Board Act, 2020. The Rules provide for allowances for the officers; manner and form of contracts to be signed by the Jal Board; manner of publication of the schemes of the Jal Board included in the budget; conditions subject to which the Jal Board may borrow money; time and content of publication of half-yearly and annual reports and statement of accounts; and manner in which the Board shall be superseded and reconstituted under section 97 of the Act.
