Agricultural Bank (Regulation No. 13 of 1959).

A Regulation to implement provisions of the Agricultural Bank Law with respect to the granting of loans to "cultivators". Loans may be granted for aquaculture projects (art. 2). Article 6 provides a list of rules and conditions applicable to the granting of loans. Securities for the loans may be immovable property, trees, crops, agricultural machines, agricultural products, bonds, shares, and guarantees (art. 5). (19 articles)
