Agricultural Research and Water Resources Center (Regulation No. 13 of 1981).

A research centre for the development of agriculture is established. The Board of Directors, its highest organ, shall formulate general policies for the centre in accordance with the plan of the Scientific Research Council (art. 3). Article 3 also specifies the membership of the Council. The aims of the Centre are outlined in article 2; its powers are outlined in article 4. It establishes compentencies and duties of the aforementioned Centre (12 articles).
