Decision No. 1 of 1991 of the Chief of the Environmental Protection Board concerning the cutting of trees.

This Decision prohibits the cutting of trees from "natural forests and pavements of towns streets, areas with young trees and green belts". This action shall be considered as an environmental contravention and shall be punished according to the provisions of articles 16 and 17 of the Law concerning the protection and improvement of the environment, No. 76 of 1986. (2 clauses).
