Abstract
To establish a free market at the Najaf International Airport by the international company called the Free Market at the Najaf International Airport, taking into account the provisions of the law of customs. Crimes and offenses committed within free markets shall be subject to the penalties set forth in the Customs Law. Goods entering the free market shall not be subject to import restrictions.
