Instruction No.1 of 2018 to organize the work of maritime ports and air

The instruction has been adopted based on the provisions of article 10 of the Border Ports Authority Law No.30 of 2016. The instruction includes four articles: (i) The port Directorate shall undertake the following tasks: supervising and monitoring the regularity of work in the departments operating in the port, supervising the organization of entry and exit of employees and authorized persons to the port, monitoring cases of administrative and financial corruption; (ii) A security committee shall be formed in each port; (iii) The security of ports and airports is governed by the provisions of international legislation and conventions.
