Instructions No.1 of 2014 - Associations of users of a shared water source.

These Instructions consisting of 13 articles aim at regulating the establishment of associations of users of shared water sources. These associations shall be based on the collective work of their members, which shall be at least nine, for the setting up and the management of the water source. Articles 2 – 5 give the procedural information for the establishment of the association. The Instructions provide also rights and duties of the members. The General Authority for the Operation of Irrigation and Drainage Projects supervises and controls the operations of the associations.
