Abstract
These Instructions, consisting of 6 articles and I Annex, aim at organizing the management of the Environmental Protection Fund by a Board od Directors chaired by the Minister of the Environment.
Art.1 deals with the structure of the Board of Directors. Art.2 defines its functions, of which the main ones are: establish the conditions that allow access to fund aids ; provide the technical and economic assessment of the project for which the funds are required; and follow reports of work in progress. Art.3 deals with the department for the administration of the affairs of the Environmental Protection Fund whose task is to set the agenda of the board; follow the progress of the projects' works, prepare the database of Fund activities. Article 5 lists the main activities sustained by the Fund, such as: environmental protection; establishment and management of nature reserves; increase in green areas; combating desertification and management of environmental disasters; supply of tools and equipment to combat pollution; financing studies to prepare environmental projects; support for projects of natural resources protection; support for the creation of networks of environmental control; growth of level of environmental awareness among population.
In Annex I is attached the fees table for services provided by the Ministry of Environment. This includes laboratory tests for (i) bacteriological examinations of drinking water, wells, industrial water, water sources and sewage water, and estimation of their suitability according to their type; (ii) biological examinations of drinking water and raw water (water sources); (iii) chemical tests for each molecular model for all types of water.
