Iraqi Products Protection Law No.11 of 2010.

The Law consisting 22 articles aims at protecting Iraqi products against harmful practices in international trade relations with Iraq and creating a favorable environment for national businesses. To achieve the objectives Iraq shall coordinate between the ministries and the relevant authorities and their counterparts in other countries; collect the necessary information; conduct and information campaign at all level about harmful practices, legal rights and actions to be taken; stiffen controls and inspections; take preventive measures to face unjustified increase in imports and anti-dumping measures to control import and export prices of products.
