Law No. 10 of 2022 - The First Amendment to the Oil and Gas Law of the Kurdistan Region - Iraq No. 22 of 2007.

This Law conprising 2 articles amends the original Law revising Article 4 to define the composition and procedures of the Regional Council: it is chaired by the Prime Minister with key ministers and officials as members, and it meets with a majority quorum, making decisions by majority vote, with the chair having the deciding vote in case of a tie.
