Abstract
This Amendement consisting of 6 articles modifies the naming Agricultural Credit Fund for peasants and small farmers to Agricultural Credit Fund Facilitator and recognizes the Ministry of Finance as responsible body of the Fund instead of the Ministry of Agriculture.
