Abstract
This Law consisting of 12 articles aims at regulating the issuance of the sailor’s identity card for all the Iraqi seafarers working on ships or other vessels, within or outside the Republic of Iraq in accordance with international standards. It specifies: conditions for granting and withdrawing it, duration, fees for its issuing.
