Abstract
This Regulation prohibits the cutting of trees and charcoal making as well as transportation of forest products for commercial purposes in specified natural forests (art. 1). Article 2 specifies the exceptions to this rule. Village inhabitants may for specified purposes cut wood and transport products within the forest region (arts. 3 and 4).
