Resolution No. 152 of 1995 amending Law on the Planning Body (No. 74 of 1995).

The principal Act established that the Planning Body was to be attached to the Council of Ministers. This amendment reforms the institution into a body with legal personality and financial independence. Its head shall have the rank of minister. This official shall also have the power to issue the necessary instructions to facilitate the implementation of the provisions of this Law. This power was previously vested in the Council of Ministers. (4 sections)
