Resolution No. 64 of 1994 promulgating Law No. 9 of 1994 concerning the Aba'a Centre for Agricultural Research.

For the purpose of furthering the aims of agricultural research in general, the Aba'a Centre for Agricultural Research is established as a body with legal personality and financial autonomy. It shall be active in applied research, in particular, and implement temporary development projects. The Centre shall be managed by its Head who is vested with extensive powers outlined in section 6. The latter shall also be responsible for approval of contracts between farmers and both domestic and foreign companies. (12 articles)
