Resolution No. 766 of 1974 issuing the Third Amendment to the Irrigation Law No. 6 of 1962.

This amendment aims at strenghten provisions for who violates the Irrigation Act. It is considered necessary to take fast actions to avoid damage to agricultural projects and irrigation procedures. It authorizes the irrigation engineers to turn to criminal justice to punish with a fine those who violate some provisions indicated in art.16 of the Law of 1962
