Abstract
The Governors shall be authorized to confiscate sheep which are the object of "trafficking" outside of Iraq. Their decision in this respect shall be final and shall not be subject to revision by courts. Suspects of sheep traffickers outside Iraq shall be charged of crime in accordance with provisions of the Customs Law No. 23 of 1988.
