Comprehensive Animal Husbandry System of the Country.

This Law provides for development and encouragement in the field of husbandry, articulating and regulating its operations in light of keeping the genetic resources, increase of production, maintaining job security and using the techno based knowledge. All the natural and legal persons who perform activity in this field should get operation and sanitary license and permit. Implementation of this Law is in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture. The Law provides for obligatory insurance of the livestock, machineries and technical equipment. The government shall consider fund in its annual budget for the costs related to relevant projects in this sector. The Law further provides for consideration of standard requirements for the food products produced through husbandry industry. This Law consist of 21 Articles.
