Executive By-Law of Article 10 of Comprehensive Animal Husbandry System of the Country.

According to this Regulation, the Ministry of Agriculture and its affiliated organisations are in charge of implementation of this By-law. The genetic resources of the livestock should be registered in accordance with the domestic and international regulations, and the ID should be issued for the individual animal. Issuance of certificate is subject to quality examination of the genetic resources and materials. Import and export of the genetic resources shall be subject to issuance of technical license by the Veterinary Organisation of the country. The regulation further provides for the conditions on animal breeding and granted commercial and IP rights. This Regulation consists of 12 Articles.
